  1. I started already =) Zoning the Paleo with a small exception for protein powder and canned tuna.

    Only because it is hard to get 5 blocks of protein in the morning unless I cook some kind of meat and I think its a bit weird to have so much meat in the morning and sometimes I have to rush to get to class so usually canned tuna and protein powder is my breaky. But its getting so boring. What else can I use for a source of protein based on a paleo diet?
